The initial project phase

Argusmatik can be installed as well in "shoe-box-pools" as well as in adventure sites; inside or outside; in a new building or as retrofit-kit - With your decision the project starts.

Our engineers now need the essential informations about your pool. Construction plans and drawings are necessary and of course the dialogue with you, the responsible carrier and lifeguards. All parameters are noticed which are necessary for the systems configuration and smooth running operation.

Size of the pool, depth and form; composition, access, character of use of the pool... is it a sliding pool, a swimming or diving pool?

Special attention is given to the specific lighting conditions and the water quality becuase these important factors are responsible for the image quality - the main requirement for the detection of persons in danger.

Once all facts and details are given, our engineers start to configure your special Argusmatik-System. The number of underwater-cameras needed to assure a complete surveillance of the pool, the way of installation in the pools walls and the choice of lenses needed - all these decisions are now made and they are done under consideration of the special conditions in your pool


Installation

Now our experts start the installation of the cameras which are embedded into waterresistant housings. Depending on the structure of the pools walls, concrete, Metal, tiles or plastic - each material requires are special way of installation which is effected by our experienced and qualified engineers. We guarantee that there will be no leakage after installation. 

Once the underwater cameras are installed, they will be connected with the CPU (central processing unit) which evaluates the huge amount of images. Now the wireless radio transmitters are goint into operation and get signals from  the CPU. All components are now mounted. (If required, additional monitors, which allow the direct view below the water surface, can be installed and be connected with the system.)

The last and detailed configuration is now completed during operation of  the Argusmatik - System.

Training 

From now on, we need you, the lifeguard:

Once Argusmatik is running, we train you "on the job" and step by step. As proved and tested with many lifeguards already, we will now explain the "Argusmatik - way of working" to you. All your questions will be answered because Argusmatik needs you! Only your job supported by Argusmatik can save a life in danger!

The wireless radio transmitter, by the way, can also be used for the communication between the lifeguards - which is an advantage once a big-size pool is concerned and where eye-contact is not given.
And, permanent access to the system and its funtionality is also realized in our control centre. You can therefore get always in contact with our engineers once a question comes up.
 
Mainenance and Service

As we are permenently connected with your Argusmatik - System in our control centre, we are able to arrange remote maintenance from there.

Carriers and lifeguards are not involved in maintenance. Leave this job and everything around the underwater surveillance to our experts.
